Financial crisis, its causes and ways to overcome

The major cause of the global financial crisis is the attempt of the American authorities to reduce the state debt at the cost of increasing mortgage rates. While anticipating financial problems in the USA, investors made haste to wind down their activities at the US stock markets. The financial crisis will remain until a new securities market is created, able to bring profit to both investors and borrowers. In Russia, a long-term debt securities market can be created. The creation of such market in Russian and formation of the Russian rouble as a regional currency are interrelated tasks.
