An important instrument of effective corporate management in the global financial crisis conditions is the system of compensation of the corporate top management, playing the key role in the business development. The article provides the analysis of the existing systems of stimulating the corporate management, highlights their advantages and disadvantages. It discloses the world trends in the sphere of bonus payments to the management in the financial crisis conditions, assesses the characteristic features of the Russian bonus payment system, distinguishes the basic problems of forming an adequate, fair remuneration system.
