The article considers the importance and state of the capital stock reproduction management in Russian by means of leasing in the financial crisis conditions. It highlights the advantages which the leasing is ensuring for all participants of the stock capital reproduction process. It also analyses the state of the leasing services market and considers the problems of leasing operations in Russia. The article offers priority directions of improving the capital stock reproduction management by means of leasing, and the leasing services market development perspectives in the financial crisis conditions.
