Investment needs of the Russian electric power industry

In the article the author assesses the Russian electric power industry as an investment deposits object, performs the analysis of investment needs of the industry, advantages of investing in the industry and risks. The author also performs the analysis of strategic development benchmarks of the electric power industry in Russia and attracts attention to the existing discrepancies in the effective regulative and legal documents of the industry.
