On the matter of formation of the micro-financing system at the Russian market

The author of the article discloses the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the concept of micro-financing concept, performs the classification of basic types of non-banking sphere institutions, and highlights regional features of their development. The article offers new approaches to organization of the micro-financing industry in Russia, which should include the following: accommodation of interests and interaction of market participants in order to form the national system; maintaining the social component of micro-financing and improvement of the standard of living for the Russian citizens.
