Investigation of specifics of investments into Kaliningrad region: financing sources and investor expectation estimation

After several years of rapid growth the year of 2006 marked investment slack for Kaliningrad region. The uncertainty caused by change of regional authorities and adoption of a new statute forced many companies to suspend the implementation of investment projects, despite the fact that after enforcement of the new statute and a number of bylaws regulating its implementation the increase of investments to fixed capital resumed... The article describes the results of study of the current stage of development of investment activity in Kaliningrad region.
