Financial globalization gives new impetus to the development of national banking systems, but at the same time increases the possibility of headlong expansion of destabilizing processes among certain nationals banking systems. As the recent months events have shown the global nature of economic exchange in the financial sphere not only becomes a new factor of commercial banks development but also has a great influence upon real economy functioning.
