The heads of world’s leading states have sort of forgotten that economic crisis as economy’s objective phenomenon is surgery-proof, only activities on reorganization can in fact be implemented in real-life economy. Crisis results from economy imbalance, and unless production relations and productive forces get into the state of dynamic balance the crisis will go on shattering the economy similar to 10 points earthquake.
