Company business depends on different institutional factors that often destabilize it and cause to search for the ways of revival. If the financial situation of an object is subject to as few changes as possible, other exposure being equal, such object is considered the most stable. It is a vertically integrated corporation together with the backbone financial institutions that can form what no business subject can.
