Control functional and diagnostics of financial sphere in terms of the global crisis

The article deals with the functional analysis and diagnostics of financial sphere in the context of the global crisis of 2008. The author states that in terms of systems theory the crisis can be regarded as system criticality, disharmonization of components of the social and economic sphere.
     The article solves the following issues: discussion of notions and their applicability for control functional and analysis of various ideas; study of control functional and diagnostics as part of crisisology today; developing principles of functional analysis of security market and banking as a whole.
