Real estate investment trusts in terms of the economic crisis

Real estate investment trusts are the most popular tool of polled investments at the Russian market. They compete with common ways of housing finance and property administration. However, the real estate market faced a severe crisis, which sets us thinking about the prospects of real estate trusts.
     The author analyzes the current state of such trusts and evaluates the recession-induced impact thereon; he then predicts the main envisaged development trends of the real estate investment trusts.
