National wellbeing fund – establishment, using and management in 2008

The Fiscal code of the Russian Federation determines the National wellbeing fund to be a part of federal funds subject to separate records and management for the purpose of stimulating cofinancing of voluntary pension savings and promoting the balance (deficiency payment) of the budget of the Pension Fund. The regulations of the Fiscal code also stipulate the principles of establishment, using and management of the said National wellbeing fund.
