Using floating interest rates for credits with shares as deposit

This work emphasises developing the decisions which allow banks in conditions of mortgage value changing to keep profit rate without reducing a credit portfolio. It is offered to use floating interest rates for credits with shares as deposit. The rate would inversely depend on value of the deposit corrected by the rest of debt.
