Aspects of financial crises in the world and their impact on economic processes

The article investigates processes and specifics of financial crises and their impact on economic development of world economic system (in this context – on economic processes of the Republic of Azerbaijan). Alongside with identification of the effect of financial and credit crises on the finance & credit system and stock market the author simultaneously investigates factors conditioning these crises. Lessons to learn from crises and antirecessionary measures experienced by a number of countries under conditions of financial crisis aggravation are indicated.
