The article discloses the causes of the crisis’ appearance, defines the essence of the financial and economic stability, and selects the necessary indicators, factors and conditions influencing the state of the country’s financial and economic security. Based on the complex analysis and synthesis of factual materials, the study of this problem has been performed. Anti-crisis measures directed at improving the Kyrgyz economy and finances state have been developed.
