The article provides a study of tools and process of attracting additional financial resources by small-business enterprises, and also the conditions for receiving funding from the financial management point of view. The analysis of the global development factors of the world economy being performed allows making an optimistic prognosis on the small business resiliency in the ever-changing manufacturing and technical, informational, social and economic conditions.
