The article assesses the matters of reorganizing the finances system at an industrial enterprise, offers a step-by-step mechanism of the enterprise’s financial restructurization, defines the directions of applying the financial restructurization methods at various stages of the reorganization process of the industrial enterprise management system in the conditions of severe competition and subsequent development of the enterprise.
