Influence of the liquidity crisis on the Russian mortgage market

The authors make a conclusion that the current liquidity crisis had a negative influence on operations of the entire financial crisis as a whole, including mortgage. However, it shouldn’t be forgotten that crisis processes affect the weakest sectors of economy requiring particular attention. The subsequent development of events in that sector of economy is directly dependent on activities being undertaken by the state in order to stabilize the situation in the country.
