Public financial control in different countries depends on the historical type of the state and on its development stage. The author analyses foreign experience in checking systems organization, studies the variety of models used in different countries. The article deals with the development trends of foreign independent financial control institutes, as well as the peculiarities of the financial control authorities in any state.
