Globalization of the financial market and inflation

The article investigates such specifics, characteristic for present-day Russia, as effect of international capital flow on inflation. Globalization of the sphere of monetary & credit circulation restricts the possibilities of stabilization policy, which necessitates transformation of the old approaches and methods of state regulation. Regression analysis results permitted to establish that under strenuous capital mobility condition the influx of capital in the form of loans is closely connected with inflation.
