Consumer credit accurate model

The problem of defining the consumer credit model and passing the corresponding bill within the framework of the adopted concept remains the acute problem for our country. The article speaks about the necessity of specifying the philosophy of the current draft of hitherto unenforced legislation on consumer credit (the enforcement of the said legislation was planned for the year 2005). The scientific community particularly speaks for the improvement of public crediting mechanism.
