The principal idea of the article is that information sector of the economy relies on high technologies created mainly by electronic industry, and constitutes the basis of the service sector. The information sector is represented by three relevant elements: first of all, by those who create the subject matter of functioning of this sector; secondly, by economic agents who replicate information and provide services in its finding, selection and definition. The third element is the electronic industry. According to the author of the article, the current high tech leg is noticeable both quantitatively and qualitatively
