The review describes peculiarities of the concept of formation of corporate social liability (CSL) of the present-day business, presented in composite monograph Corporate Social Liability: Managerial Aspect. М.: KNORUS, 2008. The primary goals and CSL realization principles are outlined. The main emphasis is put on the analysis of cost parameters of estimation of outlays on CSL costs, in particular, on defining of limits of reasonable business egoism.
