Stock market services as a type of financial services

Equity market services (EM-services) are a type of financial services whose necessity and specifics are determined by the main characteristics of securities. Picking out of EM-services in the aggregate of financial services based on object-subject approach permits to position this type of services in relation to other financial services and specify already existing classifications of financial services. Special attention is drawn to substantiation of the content of EM-services based on the analysis of the following: features of security, its properties as special-type commodity, basic consumer properties, form of issue of security and method of transfer of security rights.
