Ways of increase of efficiency of budget & tax control influence on macroeconomic processes aimed at Russian economy development

The aim of this article is to reveal correlation of budget & tax control and macroeconomic processes as well as to substantiate the effect of budget & tax control on the development of the national economy of Russia. The article has a significant importance from the point of view of theory and methodology, since it analyses mechanisms of budget & tax control and gives recommendations on how to increase its efficiency, which should be determined by the content and organization of budget procedures ensuring budget receipts and outlays.
