Interconnection between regional public finance and state reform of gambling business

The present article covers the issue of formation of sub-federal budgets revenue through consideration of the state initiatives on reformation of private business and reorganization of the gambling state control system.
     The object of investigation is gambling business analyzed from two points: gambling business as one of the sources of formation of regional budget tax receipts and gambling business as an object of state reforms provided for by the Federal Law No 244-FZ of 29.12.2006 On state control of organization and carrying-out of gambles and on amendments of certain enactments of the Russian Federation.
