Standard contracts market is one of the most important elements of the world financial market. The task of creation in our country of a full-fledged world financial center able to compete with the leading centers of Europe, America and Asia cannot be solved without making efficient exchange infrastructure of trading in derivatives, the importance of which is being particularly increased in circumstances of crisis phenomena exacerbation.
     The article regards the modern state of the Russian securities derivatives market, outlines the promising trends of development of domestic structures within the framework of the global tendencies
