Financial policy of the steady economic growth and forecasting of various scenarios of Russian economy development

The transition to a steady economic growth in our country is the primary task which requires validation and the corresponding economic substantiation. Up to now there has not been formulated a well-defined financial concept of domestic economy development. The financial mechanism is not tuned for accelerated solution of economic and social problems, which is confirmed by the events which started in September 2008 when world financial crisis broke out seriously effecting real economy.
