Objectives.Subject. This article discusses the issues of development of tools to manage fuel and energy resources turnover in national fuel and energy complexes as subsystems of the emerging BRICS energy super-system, with access to an integrated digital platform, and modernize the information mechanisms implementing management functions positioned in the pool of digital management tools in national fuel and energy complexes as subsystems of the emerging BRICS energy supersystem to ensure network- and polycentric operation of their interactions with any agents (in various countries), primarily within the BRICS. Methods. To analyze the processes of managing fuel and energy resources turnover in the emerging BRICS energy supersystem, I used a systems and structural approach. Results. The article presents a developed model for the BRICS Member States functioning in the context of hybrid attacks against the BRICS energy super-system, and configures the structure of functional relationships in the formation of common fuel and energy markets within the BRICS based on the introduction of a digital platform. The article also proposes the implementation of complex techno-organizational systems modeling methods using supercomputer technologies as a tool for seamless, scalable expansion of analyzed data sets to achieve a new level of optimization planning elements at various management levels, as applied to the main development trends of the BRICS energy super-system. Conclusions and Relevance. The article identifies areas for building a new digital information management framework based on a package of agent-based models in the emerging BRICS energy super-system. This framework aims to establish medium- and long-term technical, organizational, and socioeconomic forecasting for fuel and energy resource management processes. The article may be useful to researchers and practitioners engaged in analytical work in companies, scientific and educational organizations, government officials, as well as graduate and undergraduate students.
