Improvement of the mechanism of the state support of regional investment projects

The article is devoted to problems of formation of the favorable institutional environment for increase of investment potential of regions by improvement of distribution of budgetary appropriations on support of regional investment projects from Investment fund of the Russian Federation. For providing conditions for "deduction" of the investor in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation for the long-term period it is offered to add the approved rules of distribution of subsidies with tax characteristics. The system of indicators and typological scale are developed for ranging of subjects of the Russian Federation on degree of efforts of the regional authorities in building of tax base of the territory.
