The article considers the issue of physical condition monitoring of municipal entity of the particular region in compliance with the authors' uniform procedure of diagnostic tests. The authors propose the procedure which allows conducting mass examination of the population and in the first place children of the republic and to make adjustments in a state of their health by means of physical culture and sport.
