Migration attractiveness of the Volga federal district

The competitiveness of the Russian Federation regions is provided with a close interaction of various factors including labour resources. In this article the current demographic situation and migration processes in the Volga Federal District are analyzed with the use of official statistical data. On the basis of the factors influencing the migration processes the author's method of prognostics of the movement of migrants between the Russian Federation regions is given.
