Social and psychological capacity of regions of Russia: condition and tendencies

In the article the concept "social and psychological capacity of the region" reveals. Its pattern including the social and psychological environment and social and psychological health of the population is presented. The technique of an assessment of the regional social and psychological potential, consisting in aggregation of information on potential components for receiving its quantitative assessment is given. The assessment of a condition and potential tendency in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation are analysed. The regions leading and lagging behind on the level of potential, and also regional regularities are revealed.
