In the article the measures, holding in Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), to regular social-labour relations, improvement of payment for labor, Tripartite Commission, etc. are considered. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data the steady growth of requirement for workers in various sectors of a national economy of the region are presented. The question of development of the Western and South Yakutia that will demand considerable attraction of a local manpower and also considerable redistribution of labor on economy and territory sectors is considered.
