Formation technology regional program for reproduction housing based criterion and values

In the conditions of slowing of economic growth and new housing one of the most promising approaches to solving the problem of the reproduction of the existing housing stock is holding its overhaul. Dominance in the structure of the existing housing a significant proportion of housing with high levels of wear and failure of large financial necks of owners required to bring to the solution of this problem of state and municipal budgets. For homeowners interested in repairs of housing developed new organizational and economic mechanisms of formation and development of targeted programs on a shared basis and grants. As the amount allocated from the budgets of all levels and homeowners funds for the implementation of these programs is significant, it was necessary to develop technologies of formation of these programs using a system of criteria and cost parameters. Practical approaches to this problem are considered in the present work.
