Social and economic efficiency of construction of toll roads in industrially developed region

In the article the economic and social effectiveness of the mechanisms of public-private partnerships in the construction and subsequent operation of transport infrastructure in the industrial area (on the example of the construction of the southern semicircle Yekaterinburg Ring Road) are analyzed. The financial results of implementation of the project for all its main participants are given.
