The problems of improving higher education management today are the subject of many scientific debates. Among the main reasons for the low socio-economic benefits of higher education is the absence of thorough planning methodology for specialists with higher education, though the prediction for the demand of graduates occupies here one of the most important places. In this article the author offers the methodical recommendations for the developing of foresight demand for graduates from regional universities paying attention to the peculiarities of the strategy and development indicators in the region.
