Сreating a research methodology of housing crisis at the regional level

In the article the general and specific reasons of emergence of housing crises are revealed. The methodology of research of conditions and preconditions of emergence of housing crisis in the market is presented. Market indicators for the housing sector, housing affordability index, the elasticity of demand and elasticity of supply at the regional level are investigated. The factors of regional asymmetries in the duration and depth of the housing crisis are defined.
