Social infrastructure development actuarial of pension payments in region

In the article problems of of the pension system in the country and regions in the long term are considered. Existence of source deficiency for further financing of pension expenses which can be filled at the expense of development of an accumulative component of obligatory pension insurance is underlined. It is noted that adoption of difficult social and economic solutions of pension financing in the conditions of high uncertainty and large volume of versatile demand the implementation of actuarial calculations system in the regions, development of the corresponding social infrastructure and active participation in processes of regional authorities..
