In article the technique of classification of shopping centers on their appeal to end users is presented. The method of the correlation analysis revealed factors which more influence appeal of objects. By means of the klasterny analysis the situation which has developed in the region is investigated, latent features of this market of services are revealed, and conclusions on potential possibilities of further development of shopping centers are drawn.
