In the article it is noted that to overcome the barriers to entry into the market of hotel services is very important to understanding the relationship between economic entrepreneurs and social nature of the social function of business, and most importantly - real actions of government and business, creating more favorable conditions for the harmonization of their interests, the redistribution of the burden of solving social problems of society and reduce the negative effects of the crisis period.
