In the article the analysis of dynamics of the market of mortgage lending in scales of the country and separately taken municipal union is made. Factors of macro-environment are considered, influencing the market of inhabited real estate; the basic participants of the market of mortgage lending are allocated; the changing of the most significant indicators of the market; summed up and development forecasts are presented.
