The main trends of impact budget expenditures to the social development of leading municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan

This article deals with the methods of assessment of the effectiveness of fiscal policy, based on matrix approach. On this method was estimated the effectiveness of fiscal policy of leading municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is concluded towards the development of health, education, culture, housing and communal services, sports of Almetyevsky, Leninogorsky, Chistopolsky, Yelabushsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
