Rendering of state and municipal public services in the Russian Federation: present condition, problems and perspectives

The article deals with the order of rendering of state and municipal public services by the federal bodies of executive power, bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of local administration. Present condition, problems and perspectives of rendering of state and municipal public services have been revealed as well, steps to fulfill the set tasks have been also proposed.
