Priority directions of innovative development of social sphere of region

In the conditions of formation of the global society based on knowledge, the national intellectual capital becomes a basis of economic well-being, the factor of political power of the state, defining its place in constantly changing world division of labor. As a result the problem of working out and introduction of social innovations has got recently still the big urgency. In the present work priority directions of innovative development of social sphere of region are formulated. The conclusion that for realization of social innovations managerial process by a welfare complex inherently should become innovative is drawn.
