Quality of state and municipal services as the important factor improving the level of living standards in the Russian Federation

The article tackles the issue of improving quality of state and municipal services and modernization of their rendering network at the cost of the federal budget finances and at the levels of regional and municipal budgets. The regional experience of rendering of state and municipal services has also been presented. Specific measures which serve to create and provide guaranties for the population of Russia in acquiring first rate quality services improving the level of living standards in the Russian Federation have been offered in the article.
