Radically new housing policy in the context of privatization of housing to ensure the formation of class property owners, that. in turn, has identified the problem of maintenance and management of it, in connection with which there was a free choice of legal forms and governance structures. In this paper we consider the selection of the control method in an apartment house, especially the functioning of homeowners' associations, as well as advantages and disadvantages of homeowners. Draw conclusions about the necessity of the partnership of owners, as the benefits are obvious.
