In modern Russia the latent restructuring of the economic relations occurs: the permanent overflow of association into the society, but this process is connected with the specific complexities, which are characteristic by their special features of post-Soviet specific character, first of all, by the presence of nomenclature. Are necessary the effective economic tools of the passage of the post-Soviet domestic economy from the association into the society.
