Monitoring of sociolabor relations system in Tomsk region: analysis and prospects

In the process of social development there was a qualitative change of relations in a society that has led to necessity of reconsideration of value of work and labor activity and occurrence of new concept «sociolabor relations». According to the system approach in researches sociolabor relations exist within the limits of the system which functioning is necessary to monitor for the purpose of definition a vector of the country development and to search timely administrative decisions. The instrument for it is monitoring of system of sociolabor relations In the present work the analysis of realization of monitoring sociolabor relations system in Tomsk oblast is presented, the basic problems are revealed, recommendations about perfection are offered.
