Standard of population living in the mirror of financial and economic crisis

Influence of global financial and economic crisis on social and economic development of Russia widely discussed problem and one of undesirable consequences of crisis is a decrease of a standard of population living. In this connection the essence of an economic category «a standard of living of the population » is opened and parameters its) determining are analysed. Influence of crisis on a standard of living of the population in Russia and the Penza area is appreciated, the reasons of its decrease are revealed. The actions undertaken by the federal and regional government, the situations directed on stabilization in social sphere and on a labour market are investigated.
